My name is Carole. I have been married for 34 years to John, who is a pastor and my encourager. We have six children, three married with wonderful spouses: Chris and Suzy; Jaclyn; Elizabeth and Paul; Jonathan and Necia; David and Andrew. We are "Nana and Papa" to Gabe, Sam and Alexandra. I have always said that my greatest calling has been as a wife and mother, and our greatest joy is spending time with family. I am also a nurse and work part time in an OB-GYN office. We love to travel, especially visiting friends and relatives across the country and around the world. I believe that God has blessed me to be a blessing, and I am humbled and awed that He is using me to bring ATLAS to our community.

I am from Sioux Center, Iowa, where God began the ministry of ATLAS. In my hometown, God used ATLAS as a tool to transform lives, families and our community. God has opened the door for me to join ATLAS once again, this time as a Staff Mentor. My passion is Jesus Christ and sharing His love, grace and faithfulness with others. I love building relationships and listening to the life stories of the women with whom I work. I believe in the power of prayer and the mighty work of the Holy Spirit. God is at work all around us, drawing people to Himself. I am excited to join what God is already doing in the hearts and the lives of His people.

My husband Josh and I have been married for six years, and God has called us into ministry together. Josh serves the Lord as a pastor, and he has shown me how to let your life be your ministry. We are eagerly anticipating the birth of our first child in June, and we pray for the day when our child will come to know Jesus as his or her Savior and Lord. I have recently finished a Master of Social Work and a Master of Divinity. I am excited to see how God will continue to use my education and experiences to further His Kingdom.
