Our Direct Service Advocate is Jeff Poppinga who lives in Rock Rapids. He and his wife, Lori, have 8 children ages 2 (almost), 4, 6, 7, 9, 10, 12, and 14. He is a graduate of Clear Creek Baptist College in Pineville, Kentucky. He has been the Pastor at Faith Baptist Church for 2 years. When he has spare time, he enjoys spending time with his family.

Barb Patton:
Direct Service Provider

Our Direct Service Provider is Barb Patton who lives in Rock Rapids. She and her husband, Gary, have 2 children ages 23, and 26. She worked for Southwestern Mental Health Center for 9 years. She enjoys reading, gardening, and traveling.

Judy De Kam:
Mentor/Prayer Coordinator

Our Prayer Coordinator is Judy De Kam who lives in Rock Rapids. She and her husband, Kevin, have 4 children ages 13, 15, 17, and 23. She has been involved with Rock Rapids Kids Club for the last 8 years. She enjoys serving the Lord, and building relationships.

Carol DeNoble:
Office Manager/DSP

Our Direct Service Provider and Office Manager is Carol De Noble who also lives in Rock Rapids. She and her husband, David, have 2 children ages 6, and 8. Prior to ATLAS she worked for Parkview Manor as a Social Worker for 11 ½ years and recently as Director of Social Services at Mary Jane Brown. She enjoys the outdoors, and attending family's sporting events throughout the year.

Our President is Rob Hage who lives in Inwood. He and his wife, Michelle, have three children ages 12, 20, and 21. He owns a print and web publishing company. He enjoys spending time outdoors, hunting, and fishing.

Our Vice President is Dell Grooters who lives in Rock Rapids. He and his wife, Renae, have three children who are ages 11, 14, and 16. He is part owner of a cattle feed lot business. He enjoys attending Christian service programs.

Our Treasurer is Bryan Anderson who lives in George. He and his wife, Rachel, have three children who are ages 1, 3, and 6. He is the Senior Pastor at Tabernacle Baptist Church. In his spare time, he enjoys hunting, fishing, and sporting events.

Our Secretary is Kirk Peters who lives in Little Rock. He and his wife, Barb, have four adopted children ages 9, 9, 16, and 20. He owns Farm & Home Building Center in Little Rock. He enjoys attending sporting events and spending time with his family.
